This church was organized April 16, 1950 as Cordova Missionary Baptist Church and has had a long history of service for the Glory of The Lord.             It was renamed for a short time as Providence and recently the old original incorporated name was restored. Services: Sunday: 9:45 AM Bible School, 11:00 AM Worship Service. 6:00 PM Evening Service. Wednesday: 7:00 PM Mid-Week Service. The Church supports various Missions and Missionaries around the World.

We have endorsed Dr. Abraham T. Thomas as our Missionary to India this May 17, 2006. The Mission; Grace Landmark Baptist Mission in Modesto is also sponsored by us and is the coordinator of the India missionary work.
